We, the Diez players, are pretty frustrated with the condition of both the game and the forums. Diez has been out for about 7 years and there has been nova towning from day one. Now instead of taking one maintenance and spending the time to make towers stronger you decide to start banning players even though there hasnt been any official announcement ingame, facebook or twitter. Its fine to ban people, however when there hasn't been an announcement its wrong to ban someone permanently. A 30 day ban might be accepted. The bans which have been carried out so far have not been justice, hence we will not just accept the bans and move on. Also there are many other bans made without any reason. The reason that you say is ''other''. You want us to file ticket but your automatic replies don't solve anything and never give us a clue about the reason of the ban.There has been many topics created on the Diez section on the official forums and yet they are all being closed without a valid or sometimes any reason what so ever. We have been playing this game for many years now and at the moment its just not enjoyable anymore since Turkish players are being humiliated and there aren't the proper authorities for us to talk to. We would like different mods to be chosen for the Diez section on the official forums. Mods that will be fair and not bias.

We want someone who would like to solve Turkish players' problems. We hope that Korlash may solve it. Our topics shouldn't get deleted on Diez section. If Korlash make mods not to delete all topics on Diez section in official forum, we can represent ourselves easily and problems can get solved quickly with the help of an authorized like Korlash.

G1 için ticket attım bana yolladıkları cevaba bak,uygun olmayan girişimlerden kastları ne anlamıyorum ne yapmışız ne etmişiz belli değil

her zamanki gibi bizm türk milletimiz bir şeyin cılkını cıkartmakta üzerine olmadığını göstermiştir.
BBB şirketine asılsız ticketlar atıp kxp yaptığınız, düpe yaptığınız, npt yaptığınız charlar için ticket atarsanız masum kişilerin hakkını yemiş olursunuz. son 1 ayda BBB'ye + 1000 tane ticket atılmış k2 ile görüşmeler neticesinde %95 nin asılsız ve haklı ban olduğu anlaşılmış ve böylelikle haksız banların açılmasını engellemiş bulunmaktasınız. GElen bütün ticketlara yine haksız gözüyle bakılıp oto cevaba bağlanmaktadır..
Örnğin vatandaş zamanında x yılında düpe yaptığı char için BBB ye şikayette bulunmuş, BBB ile k2 arasında geçen diyalogda , şahısın charında 6 sayfa CS+0 kalkan oldugu ve bunu normal yollarla elde edemeyeceği düpe olduğu kanıtlanmış ve ban doğal olarak haklı bulunmuş.
Sizler böle yaptıkça şu oyunda masum kişilere bile yardım sağlayamıyoruz.....
Bu olay 2 sene önce masum hacklenen charlar için başlattığımız Rollback olayına dönmüştür. Sizler yüzünden Rollback haklarımızı kaybettğimiz gibi bu hakkıda kaybetmiş bulunmaktayız...

Konunun baş sayfalarında bunu size belirttim. Her neyse bizim konuya dönecek olursak,şerefisizn teki korlash denen gmye bu char satıldı diyor ve g1 üyesi olmayan charı banlıyorlar. Ticketler closed,forum konusunada makiya birşey yazdı o konuyu ve arkasına açtığım konu kapatıldı. Ne yapmak lazım ?
